Fee arrangements

MVAAL sets its fees on a case-by-case basis, depending on the personal situation of the client, the nature and complexity of the case and the importance of the work to be carried out in the case. We strive to offer the client the most suitable and advantageous solution.

From the very first meeting, our team establishes the terms and conditions for billing our fees in agreement with the client, with maximum transparency and flexibility.

The firm offers 3 billing methods adapted to each situation and each case:

  • Hourly rate
  • Fixed fees
  • Performance-based fees

First Consultation

Our team welcomes you to our office or for a video conference for a consultation during which you can explain your situation and ask any questions you may have. We place special importance on listening and establishing a necessary bond of trust to work together.

You can provide us with any documents you believe are useful for understanding your case so that we can best advise you.

This consultation is charged at 125,00 euros exclusive VAT, 151,26 euros including VAT.
