Attorney-at-Law – Avocat – Founder

Marine Veissiere​

Marine is Avocat and is registered as a European lawyer with The Hague Orde Van Advocaten (Netherlands) and is a member of the Marseille Bar (France).

She obtained her certificate of aptitude for the legal profession (CAPA) at the Paris Bar School. She graduated in International Administrative Law (Master) and International Law (Maitrise) from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France). She also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Universidad del Rosario, Bogota (Colombia).

She specialises in the law of international organisations and international civil servants, having worked on cases involving over 20 international organisations worldwide. Her work covers all stages of advice and representation, from drafting policy, rules and regulations, to investigation, negotiation, litigation or arbitration.

She advises and represents staff associations, unions, and staff members at all levels before internal mechanisms and international administrative tribunals (e.g. ILOAT).

Marine also advises international organisations in policy drafting and governance matters, including privileges and immunities.

Marine’s dedication to her clients and commitment to excellence have earned her a wide-ranging portfolio of international clients. Her fluency in English, French, and Spanish ensures effective communication and understanding with our diverse clientele.

Jurist

Florian Prinçay

Florian has a diverse experience in public international law, human rights law, and international criminal law. He is able to work in French, English and Spanish and with interlocutors from diverse cultural backgrounds. 

In the past, Florian experienced different professional environments as he has conducted internships in the field of human rights for the United Nations and an international NGO, and in support of victims of international crimes at the Victims Participation and Reparation Section of the International Criminal Court. He also took part in the work of a legal clinic during his studies at Aix-Marseille University.

He holds a master’s degree in Public International Law from Aix-Marseille University. He previously graduated from La Rochelle University with a bachelor’s degree in law and participated in an exchange program in Political Science and Criminology with the State University of New York at Cortland in the United States.

Jurist

Hugo Thomé​

Hugo is Jurist (waiting to be sworn in) following his training at the Paris Bar School (EFB).

He acquired experience in various fields of public international law, including notably the law of international organisations and the law of international civil servants with the firm.

Furthermore, Hugo previously worked on high profile cases in international criminal law, international human rights law and international environmental law before domestic and international courts and tribunals. He also provided assistance on matters relating to international arbitration.

Hugo holds an Advanced LL.M in public international law from Leiden University (The Netherlands), a Master’s in general international law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University (France) and a Dual Bachelor’s in law and international relations from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University (France).

Hugo works equally in French and English.
