Marine is Avocat <\/i>and is registered as a European lawyer with The Hague Orde Van Advocaten (Netherlands) and is a member of the Marseille Bar (France).<\/p>

She obtained her certificate of aptitude for the legal profession (CAPA) at the Paris Bar School. She graduated in International Administrative Law (Master) and International Law (Maitrise) from the University Paris II Panth\u00e9on-Assas (France). She also holds a bachelor\u2019s degree from the University Paris II Panth\u00e9on-Assas and Universidad del Rosario, Bogota (Colombia).<\/p>

She specialises in the law of international organisations and international civil servants, having worked on cases involving over 20 international organisations worldwide. Her work covers all stages of advice and representation, from drafting policy, rules and regulations, to investigation, negotiation, litigation or arbitration.<\/p>

She advises and represents staff associations, unions, and staff members at all levels before internal mechanisms and international administrative tribunals (e.g. ILOAT).<\/p>

Marine also advises international organisations in policy drafting and governance matters, including privileges and immunities.<\/p>

Saskia Adjowa is a legal professional working as a Jurist<\/i>.<\/p>\n

She obtained her Master of Laws from the University of Amsterdam in the field of International and Transnational Criminal Law prior to which she graduated from Leiden University College the Hague where she completed an interdisciplinary honours degree focused on public international law.<\/p>\n

Her specialisation in the field of international criminal law and previous experience in international administrative law as well as at international legal institutions, including the International Criminal Court, have provided her with valuable expertise which she implements in her work at the firm.<\/p>\n

Saskia Adjowa’s background and ability to communicate fluently in English, French, and German allow her to work with facility in an international and multicultural environment.
